Send a NOTE to the club titled "Art Submission" or "Fanart". All userpage and journal comments WILL BE IGNORED.

When you're submitting a deviation to the club, make sure to edit your original deviation with "I give *ratiasfanclub full permission to use this in the club." Or a statement. You can also just turn on the Creative Commons option at the bottom of your Edit Deviation page.
